We collect information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, including: name, email address, phone number, and any information contained in your message submissions. We also collect technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: (a) Performance of a contract when providing requested services; (b) Legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and improving our services; (c) Your consent for marketing communications.
4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years from the last interaction. Technical logs are retained for 1 year. Marketing consent records are retained until withdrawal.
5. Your Rights

REFUND_PROTOCOL
1. Service Delivery
All services provided by SignalForgeCore are delivered according to agreed specifications outlined in individual project proposals. Payment terms are specified in each project contract.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: (a) Failure to deliver agreed services within the specified timeframe without valid extension; (b) Deliverables significantly deviating from agreed specifications.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days.
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not provided for: (a) Work completed according to specifications; (b) Changes in project scope initiated by the client; (c) Third-party service fees or licensing costs.
TERMS_PROTOCOL
1. Service Agreement
By engaging SignalForgeCore's services, you enter into a binding agreement governed by Spanish law. All projects are subject to individual proposals outlining specific terms, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-developed materials. SignalForgeCore retains the right to display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
4. Limitation of Liability
SignalForgeCore's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish arbitration regulations.
